Squatters evicted from Guy Ritchie's £6m home - Telegraph: "The squatters staged a farewell party, dubbed a 'celebration of creative resistance' as bailiffs began moving into the Georgian property, in London's Fitzroy Square.
Nine of the Really Free School squatters wearing Vinnie Jones masks had earlier in the day attended a City of London county court hearing in a failed bid to prevent the eviction.
District Judge Marc Dight told the squatters to vacate the £6 million property belonging to the director – who cast Jones, a former footballer turned actor, in several of his films – by 6.30pm.
The Really Free School collective was represented in court by Brian Murray, a first-year law student, who claimed the eviction notice had not been placed properly and asked for more time to prepare a defence.
When he revealed he was a law student, Judge Dight said: 'You could have told me that to begin with.'"
