The Pothole Gardener

This self-proclaimed guerrilla gardener plants little surprises in potholes all over East London. It's an intervention that calls attention to roads in disrepair, brings a burst of color to a notoriously gray landscape, and delivers sweetness to everyone who passes by.

We love the near-instant gratification of these gardens and find them totally inspiring.
