Mo*Vida Nightclub collaborates with Signal Gallery
Mo*Vida, London’s uber-chic nightclub, is pleased to announce its creative collaboration with Signal Gallery, one of London’s leading Urban Art spaces. The gallery has worked with Mo*Vida to produce a unique exhibition within the Club, which will be rotated every few months, transforming the unique ‘Mood’ area of Mo*Vida into the perfect pre-club drinks chill-out area and a covetable event space. The partnership confirms Mo*Vida’s ability to set the barometer of what’s new and happening in the Capital.
This collaboration comes just after Mo*Vida’s re-opening following an extensive refurbishment, to help the Club maintain its iconic status and bring the interior in line with the aesthetic of its recent sister opening in Dubai. The move both underlines the club’s ability to stay one step ahead of the competition, and the management’s plans to cement Mo*vida as the global nightlife brand of choice.
‘Signal Gallery, founded in 2007 and based in the contemporary art hub of Hoxton Square, is one of London’s leading Urban Art galleries, with a strong reputation for promoting artwork of the highest quality. Amongst the superb group of artists shown at the exhibition in Mo*Vida is Guy Denning, one of the most important painters on the Urban Art Scene. Guy is now gaining a reputation not only in the Urban Art scene but in the mainstream of the contemporary art world.
Several fantastic auction results at Bonhams are evidence of his popularity. Guy has shown extensively across the UK, with several solo shows in London at Signal Gallery. He has also had solo shows in France, Italy, New York and Los Angeles. Guy’s next solo show, ‘Paradiso’ will be at Signal Gallery in October 2012.
